Online Trading Commission Schedule

Hennion & Walsh provides a sophisticated online trading platform with the ability to trade stock, options, and mutual funds online. We also provide access to various trading and research tools that can help you make educated investment decisions. All online trades are at reduced commissions, below are margin rates and a commission schedule.

Stocks and ETF's:

Online trades = $9.95 up to 5000 shares. Over 5000 shares would be $.01 per share. (Example: 6000 shares of a stock would cost $60.00)

Mutual Funds:

No-Transaction- Fee Funds = Online will be no commission but a broker assisted trade will be $25

No-Load Funds = Online $49.95 but a broker assisted trade will be $49.95 + $25

Load Funds = No commission - Customer will be charged the load and the trade can only be placed through a broker.

Options:

Online trades = $9.95 + .75 per contract

Broker Assisted Trades = Online commission + $25

Options trading is limited to a maximum of level 3 approval

Fixed Income:

Treasury Bills, Notes @ Auction trades placed online = $0
Treasury Bills, Notes @ Auction placed with a broker = $25

Exchange Traded Corporate Bonds = Online $2.00 per bond
Exchange Traded Corporate Bonds = Broker Assisted = $2.00 per bond + $25

Below is a list of products that can only be traded through a broker:

• All New Issue Securities where Hennion & Walsh, Inc. is a Selling Group participant: Certificates of Deposit; Over the Counter Corporate Bonds; Government Agencies; Municipal Bonds & Preferred Securities- Selling concession is included in the original offering price.
• Secondary Market Issues: Treasuries; Certificate of Deposit; Over the Counter Corporate Bonds; Government Agencies; Municipal Bonds; Zero-Coupon Treasury Bonds; Mortgage Backed Securities; Commercial Paper- Since we act as principal our mark-up is included in the price and items will be sold on a net yield basis.
• Unit Investment Trusts: Sales charge will apply - see prospectus
• REITs: Equity commission rates apply
• Large Block transactions: Anything over 250 bonds can be negotiated.

Account Activity & Other Administrative Fees:

• Late settlement / extension
• Certificate fees: Physical certificate or Book entry held @ transfer agent
• Restricted stock re- registration / gifting fee
• Security reorganization fee
• Transfer of assets full or partial
• Overnight check fee
• Non-sufficient funds/ returned item
• Wire transfer
• Mailing confirmation to an online account
• Mailing statements to an online account
• Duplicate statements
• Notices such as Buy in or Sell out
• Cashless stock options processing
• Merger / Redemption of old stock certificate
• Ira closing fees
• Excess SIPC fees
• Account Inactivity fees
• Legal Transfer fee
